1. The edited video remains under my copyright as the editor until payment is received in full. This copyright applies exclusively to the modifications made by me, not the original content provided.2. I reserve the right to include the edited version in my professional portfolio, displayed on platforms such as my Carrd page¹.Right to refusal:
I retain the right to decline any project or client at my sole discretion.Payments:
1. Clients are entitled to minor revisions at no additional charge. However, requests for major revisions will incur a "Major Revision Fee," with prior notification given before any charges are applied.2. Prices are non-negotiable. Attempts to renegotiate the final price may result in the client being blacklisted.3. Payments can be made in full when you first commission the editor, OR you can pay 50% up front and the remainder within 15 days after project completion.Harassment:
1. My services are strictly professional.
2. Harassment, including but not limited to referencing other clients as a means to pressure, threaten, or demean me, will not be tolerated. Such behavior will result in the client being permanently blacklisted from future services.

Captions: Captioned to the best of the editors abilities, with your choice of font (non-copyrighted), choice of font color, and minor motion effects on captions.Effects: Basic effects to enhance the video by altering the motion effects of the overall video, minor color correction, and other video enhancing aspects.

Longform Basics:

Captions: Captioned selectively to ensure clarity of content, captioned to the best of my abilities, with your choice of font (non-copyrighted), choice of font colors, and minor motion effects on captions.Effects: Basic and intermediate effects to enhance the prolonged viewing experience of viewers, with the addition of minor effects, additional assets, etc.

Q: How does the price quoting work?A: The quote is an exact price based on your budget, and the amount of footage that is provided. We will discuss in a discord call or through email exchange on what you can afford.Q: How should I prepare the vods?A: MAKE SURE YOU SPLIT AUDIO SO ALL MUSIC SOURCES ARE NOT CAPTURED IN THE VOD, OTHERWISE I WILL NOT EDIT THE VOD!Q: How do the revisions work?A: Once I receive the work, I will edit it fully and once you receive the video you may request up to 10 minor revisions, a minor revision is considered something that takes me 30 minutes or less, while major revisions are things that will take longer than 30 minutes. I will make sure you are aware when you are requesting a major revision as that will incur additional costs.Q: What can I do to prepare for requesting a commission?A: Make sure you have the video you want edited ready to send to me. I will provide a google drive link for you to put any emotes, and the video for me to edit. This is where you will also receive your videos final product. Make sure that if you're sending me a twitch video-on-demand that you clarify which timestamps for me to edit, as I will cancel the commission if you send me anything longer than a 2 hour video without any direction. If it is a recording, then send me 1 hour increments and let me know what style you would like me to edit it in. For requesting styles you may reference other content creators videos to give me a general guideline.Q: Will you make a thumbnail for the longforms?A: No, I recommend you look on fiverr or other thirdparty websites for artists.Q: What if I want to hire you for multiple projects?A: Then in a discord call or through email exchange, we will discuss if you want a regularly scheduled editor or a set number of videos, and a payment plan for the transactions as I would find it unreasonable to request payment multiple times a week for a pre-arranged editing schedule.Q: What if I can't pay upon project completion?A: As I don't ask for upfront payment, you will still get a video, but it will have my logo and credentials overlayed at 50% opacity for the entire video. You will also be barred from receiving any further edits until the outstanding dues are paid. Upon payment completion you will receive a video without my watermarked credentials and can then request further edits from me.Q: Do I have to credit you for the editing work?A: It is entirely up to your discretion on whether or not you credit me for the videos edited.Q: Are there any off-limits edits?A: I will not be editing any videos pertaining to pornography, religion, politics or drama.Q: What are you willing to edit?A: I have experience in video game based content, but am willing to edit vlog, lifestyle, food, or animal related videos.Q: I want to get my friend an editor but they can't afford you, can I pay for trial edits for them?A: Yes, and a discounted price for the trial edits can be arranged! (limit of 3 edits)
